Starhub Enterprise Messaging Platform - Notice of Service Impacting Issue - RESOLVED

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform that the issue on Starhub Enterprise Messaging Platform has been restored.

Event description: Service outage impacting international SMS delivery.

Impacted Services: A subset of SMS international traffics.

Start time: 09/04/2026 - 09:35 SGT

End time: 09/04/2026 - 11:10 SGT

A fix has been implemented by our downstream provider, and all previously impacted services have now been fully restored.  

We are continuing to investigate the cause of this incident, including further analysis in collaboration with our vendors, to ensure appropriate preventative measures are in place.
