We are writing to inform you that Soprano will be renewing it's security certificates on Monday, 7th October 2019. Current certificate is due to expire on the 19th of October 2019.

It is via a new Certificate Authority and as such may require that you update both the certificate itself and the full trust chain on your systems. Please find the certificates enclosed.

It is important that the new trust chain may need to be imported as well.

Who is impacted? Customer who are connecting to our service using API. API that uses security certificates are HTTPS API , Rest API , SOAP API , WSDL API

What do you need to do?

1. Copy the whole string within BEGIN CERTIFICATE and END CERTIFICATE provided and paste it into Notepad. Save it with .cer extension.
2. You need to repeat the step above until you completed for 3 certificates, root, intermediate and server certificate.
3. Install the new certificates prior the maintenance date to avoid any unexpected interruption to the service, no action to be taken on existing certificates as it will be valid until 19th September 2019.
4. You may perform clean-up for the expired certificates after 19th October 2019 at your own convenient time.

What's New? • [Localization of MEMS] MEMS portal now features Localized environments. Users will now be able to switch the whole MEMS portal into their local language. Currently, the localized portal is available in three language options namely English(default), Spanish and Portuguese. The Online Help corresponding to the localized portals (for Spanish and Portuguese) are under construction and will be available in future releases.

• [Escalations in OMNI Channel Orders] Introducing Escalations functionality within MEMS OMNI Channel Orders. Escalations in OMNI are used to trigger call-to-actions that follow a sequence of execution steps based on the user-defined conditions, for sending an Omni message. For example, you can define a rule to resend the original message via a different message type, if the first message has not received a response or is undelivered.
