Supplier Planned Service Maintenance - International Provider

Dear Customer,

This is to notify you that one of our international providers has informed us that there will be a scheduled maintenance for their network infrastructure.

Please be informed that during the period specified below, some international messages will be intermittent and there will be minor delays on delivery notification towards this destination. No other network destinations are affected by this event.

Maintenance Window:

Start of Event: 2026-07-26, 06:00 AM SGT

End of Event: 2026-07-26, 07:00 AM SGT

We will inform you once the maintenance has been completed. If the maintenance period is extended or rescheduled for any reason, we will advise you accordingly.

Notice of Planned Service Maintenance, scheduled 8 years ago

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that Soprano will be performing maintenance work on the Starhub Enterprise Messaging Suite between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM (SGT) on Thursday, 19 July 2018.

We do not expect the maintenance activity to affect the messaging platform as this planned work is carried out within the DR (disaster recovery) site only.

Date: 19 July 2018

Time: From 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM SGT

Total maintenance window: 4 hours

Impacted Services:

There will be no impact to customers using the messaging platform.

The following details are for informational purposes only: While the planned work on the network firewall is being carried out within the DR site, there will be an outage of 10 minutes experienced at the DR site ONLY and will not affect the primary site. Furthermore the server at the DR site will not be accessible for up to two hours during the total maintenance window, again this activity will not impact the services at the primary site.

You will receive emails at the beginning and end of the maintenance period. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team at help@sopranodesign.com.
