Dear Customer,

This is to notify you that one of our international providers has informed us that there will be a scheduled maintenance for their network infrastructure.

Please be informed that during the period specified below, some international messages will be intermittent and there will be minor delays on delivery notification towards this destination. No other network destinations are affected by this event.

Start of Event: 2026-07-26, 06:00 AM SGT

End of Event: 2026-07-26, 07:00 AM SGT

We will inform you once the maintenance has been completed. If the maintenance period is extended or rescheduled for any reason, we will advise you accordingly.

Notice of Planned Service Maintenance, scheduled 8 years ago

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that Soprano will be performing maintenance work on the Enterprise Messaging Suite between 02:00 AM and 06:00 AM (SGT/MYT/PHT) on Monday 03/09/2018.

This activity will also include SSL Security Certificate renewal which is due to expire on the 3rd of Sept 2018.

It is via a new Certificate Authority and as such may require that you update both the certificate itself and the full trust chain on your systems. Please find the certificates enclosed.

It is important that the new trust chain may need to be imported as well.

Who is impacted? Customer who are connecting to our service using HTTP API. API that uses SSL cert are HTTP API , Rest API , SOAP API , WSDL API

What do you need to do?

  1. Click on the link provided above to download the certificates.
  2. Install the new certificates prior the maintenance date to avoid any unexpected interruption to the service, no action to be taken on existing certificates as it will be valid until 3rd September 2018.
  3. You may perform clean-up for the expired certificates after 3rd September 2018 at your own convenient time.
