We are writing to inform you that Soprano will be performing maintenance work on the Starhub Enterprise Messaging Suite between 22:00 PM and 24:00 AM (SGT) on Monday/15/10/2018.

Date: 15/10/2018

Time: 22:00 P.M. to 24:00 A.M. (SGT)

Impacted Services: Impacted Services: All services. While inbound SMS (Mobile Originating) will be queued by the operator and delivered after the downtime, outbound SMS (Mobile Terminating) will not be processed during the downtime period and will result on failure.

We are currently experiencing issue with message delivery to Singtel numbers, as a result you may have noticed delays or an inability to send and receive messages.

Soprano engineers are working with STARHUB to resolve the issue as soon as possible and we will be in touch with an update as soon as possible.
