Soprano Asia Messaging Platform - Network/Supplier Planned Service Maintenance

Dear Customer,

This is to notify you that mobile operator M1, Singapore, has informed us that there will be a scheduled maintenance for their network infrastructure.

Please be informed that during the period specified below, SMS - MO/MT, DR and BAS will have intermittent impact during the maintenance period. No other network destinations are affected by this event

Notification Details:

Impacted Services: SMS - MO/MT, DR and BAS messages into M1, Singapore

Event Dates: 28, 29 Apr & 5, 6 May 2026 02:00 AM to 05:00 AM GMT+8

We will inform you once the maintenance has been completed. If the maintenance period is extended or rescheduled for any reason, we will advise you accordingly.

Starhub Enterprise Messaging Platform - Notice of Planned Service Maintenance, scheduled 5 years ago

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that we will be performing maintenance work on the Starhub Enterprise Messaging Platform.

Reference: PCR-2013

Description: Platform Performance & Maintenance Activities - DR site

Maintenance start time: 07/10/20 - 03:00 SGT

Maintenance end time: 07/10/20 - 05:00 SGT

Impact: SMPP customers may see a brief interruption to service depending their own configuration due to the SMPP rebind required. There is no service impact expected for all other customers.

This is the second of three changes across the DR and Primary sites. You will receive a further notification next week for the remaining change related to this activity, scheduled for 14 October.
