Starhub Enterprise Messaging Platform - Network/Supplier Planned Service Maintenance

Dear Customer,

This is to notify you that mobile operator SingTel has informed us that there will be a scheduled maintenance for their network infrastructure.

Notification Details: During this period, several rolling restarts will be performed on the SMSC nodes after applying the patches.

Impacted Services: MT messages into Singtel, Singapore Although redundancy is in place, SRISM, MO and MT traffic may experience disruptions or delays between 01:15 and 04:00 hours.

Start of Event: 2026-06-30, 01:00:00 GMT+8

End of Event: 2026-06-30, 05:00:00 GMT+8

We will inform you once the maintenance has been completed. If the maintenance period is extended or rescheduled for any reason, we will advise you accordingly.

Description: Business Continuity Plan Maintenance (Failover)

Maintenance start time: Saturday 26/Mar/2022 - 03:00 SGT/PHT (UTC+8)

Maintenance end time: Saturday 26/Mar/2022 - 06:00 SGT/PHT (UTC+8)

Impact: During the maintenance window, there will be a 15-minute downtime when failover is performed.

We will email you at the beginning and end of the maintenance period.
