We would like to inform you that we recently experienced a service-impacting issue affecting SMS delivery (MT), which resulted in intermittent delivery degradation We have implemented necessary fix and service have now been fully restored.

At this time, all systems are operating normally. We are continuing to closely monitor the situation to ensure sustained service stability and prevent any recurrence.
