We have completed our investigation and confirmed that the reported SMS delivery incident does not impact the StarHub Messaging Platform.

Our teams have validated that StarHub messaging services are operating normally, and no service degradation has been identified within the platform.

As there is no impact to StarHub Messaging Platform services, we will now mark this incident as Resolved.
