Dear Customer,

This is to notify you that mobile operator M1 has informed us that there will be a scheduled maintenance for their network infrastructure.

Please be informed that due to a planned activity, there will be intermittent impact during the maintenance period for SMS - MO/MT, DR and BAS.

Notification Details:

Date: 21 & 27 Aug 2026

Time: 02:00 MYT - 05:00 MYT

Impact: OrangeGum services (SMS - MO/MT, DR and BAS) will have intermittent impact during the maintenance period.

We will inform if the maintenance period is extended or rescheduled for any reason, we will advise you accordingly.

We are writing to inform you that the upcoming scheduled system maintenance for Singtel CPaaS SMS Services, previously communicated for 20 August 2026, 01:00H to 05:00H (GMT+8), has been cancelled.

As a result, no service impact or interruption is expected, and all Singtel CPaaS SMS services will continue to operate as normal during the previously communicated maintenance window.
