Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that we will be performing maintenance work on the Soprano Asia Messaging Platform.

Reference: PCR-3504

Description: Database Maintenance Activities

Maintenance start time: Saturday 27/11/2021 - 7:00PM SGT Maintenance end time: Sunday 28/11/2021 - 10:00AM SGT

Impact: Service interruption to Schedule Lists between 9:00AM to 10:00AM. No impact to any other services such as OTP and Portal access.

We will email you at the beginning and end of the maintenance period.
