The maintenance work on the Soprano Asia Messaging Platform has been rescheduled to new dates below:

Description: Network Maintenance (Failover)

Previous Date/Time: [Saturday, 22nd October 2022, 01:00 AM to 02:00 AM SGT/PHT (UTC+8)]

New Date/Time: [Saturday, 5th November 2022, 01:00 AM to 02:00 AM SGT/PHT (UTC+8)]

Impact: Soprano will failover to the back-up site. There will be a 15-minute downtime during the maintenance window.

Description: Network Maintenance (Failback)

Previous Date/Time: [Monday, 24th October 2022, 03:00 AM to 05:00 AM SGT/PHT (UTC+8)]

New Date/Time: [Monday, 7th November 2022, 01:00 AM to 04:00 AM SGT/PHT (UTC+8)]

Impact: Soprano will failback to the primary site. During the first hour of the activity, there will be a 15-minute downtime.

Maintenance start time: Monday 31/Oct/2022 - 03:00 SGT/PHT (UTC+8)

Maintenance end time: Monday 31/Oct/2022 - 06:00 SGT/PHT (UTC+8)

Impact: There will be a 5–10-minute service interruption between 3:00 - 3:30am SGT. During this window, users may experience connectivity issues via API and outgoing messages will be queued
