Starhub Enterprise Messaging Platform - Notice of Planned Service Maintenance - Rescheduled from 17 May 2023, scheduled 1 year ago

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that we will be performing maintenance work on the Starhub Enterprise Messaging Platform.

Description: Release of new Software version with patches and enhancements

Maintenance start time: 21/06/2023 - 03:00 AM SGT

Maintenance end time: 21/06/2023 - 07:00 AM SGT

Impact: Service Interruption of 2-3 minutes (between 3am-4am) - Both the portal and API's may still be available to log onto or connect to, however SMS messages will not be processed on the platform for the 2-3 minutes indicated

We will email you at the beginning and end of the maintenance period.
