We will be making a security remediation to disable lower cipher TLS 1.0/1.1 for email service.

Kindly check with your IT Support if you would be impacted with this change.

Impact: Report request & password reset using email service would be impacted if you are using lower cipher TLS 1.0/1.1. There would be no impact sending and receiving SMS on the platform.

We will email you at the beginning and end of the maintenance period.
