Impacted Services: SMS Gateway Processes will be restarted. Content Providers’ connection will be dropped but it should auto-reconnect to the available node. Customer may experience intermittent /delay in the SMS during the maintenance period.

Start of Event: 2025-09-25, 00:01:00 to 05:00:00 SGT and 2025-09-30, 00:01:00 to 05:00:00 SGT

We will inform you once the maintenance has been completed. If the maintenance period is extended or rescheduled for any reason, we will advise you accordingly.
