Notice of Planned Service Maintenance, scheduled 7 years ago

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that Soprano will be performing maintenance work on the Starhub Enterprise Messaging Suite between 22:00 PM and 24:00 AM (SGT) on Monday/15/10/2018.

Date: 15/10/2018

Time: 22:00 P.M. to 24:00 A.M. (SGT)

Impacted Services: Impacted Services: All services. While inbound SMS (Mobile Originating) will be queued by the operator and delivered after the downtime, outbound SMS (Mobile Terminating) will not be processed during the downtime period and will result on failure.

Description: Maintenance work on network devices

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues with StarHub Enterprise Messaging platform, as a result you may have inability to receive MT messages.

Soprano engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and we will be in touch with an update as soon as possible.
