The upgrade scheduled for AS-MEMS on November 26, 2018 is part of build v234. This version encompasses the following updates from v226 to v234:

What's New? • [Localization of MEMS] MEMS portal now features Localized environments. Users will now be able to switch the whole MEMS portal into their local language. Currently, the localized portal is available in three language options namely English(default), Spanish and Portuguese. The Online Help corresponding to the localized portals (for Spanish and Portuguese) are under construction and will be available in future releases.

• [Escalations in OMNI Channel Orders] Introducing Escalations functionality within MEMS OMNI Channel Orders. Escalations in OMNI are used to trigger call-to-actions that follow a sequence of execution steps based on the user-defined conditions, for sending an Omni message. For example, you can define a rule to resend the original message via a different message type, if the first message has not received a response or is undelivered. Escalation in OMNI includes the following features: o The capability to define Escalation rules, when OMNI order has other content types, including Rich Media, Interactive Message and Voice, to try to reach out to the recipients in the most ways possible. o Escalation Condition are highly customizable with an option to specify the frequency of sending out Escalation messages by choosing the hours (1-24) and minutes (1-59). o A graphical display individual OMNI order's summary with indications of the sent message's status along with summary of the Escalation sequence. o Each Escalation Template contains a table that displays the chain of pre-set conditions to trigger a sequence of actions, to retry sending the message. o Support to al ow Escalation to re-send OMNI Orders With Non Text/Plain Text Messages. o A dedicated section that highlights the various condition-to-action permutations possible while producing OMNI Escalation Orders. Mentioned above are some of the features offered in OMNI's Escalation functionality. For more details please refer to the Online Help.

• [Enhanced Email Security Enhancement and Bruteforce Protection] Despite all the security threats out there, MEMS users can breathe a sigh of relief because we have implemented even more robust security and protection, against malicious software/people, to our applications.

Enhancements

o Soprano SOPRANO MEMS introduces a license for the MS Dynamics SMS plugin feature which allows customers to access the plugin from the MEMS page and download it securely. o Implement handling stop for pure API messages, during replies to SMS order. o Password expiry option is now enabled when importing users. o Restrict sending duplicated records from MEMS. o As per GDPR compliance, lists will now be deleted after processing. o Send Interactive Messages through API via reference name or ID. o Introducing support for multiple blacklists via Template API. o Support to allow Escalation to re-send OMNI Orders with Non Text/Plain Text Messages.
