Starhub Enterprise Messaging Platform - Notice of Planned Service Maintenance - POSTPONED, scheduled 3 years ago

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that the upcoming maintenance window on Soprano Asia Messaging Platform has been postponed.

The maintenance work on the Soprano Asia Messaging Platform has been rescheduled to new dates below:

Reference: PCR4400

Description: Network Maintenance (Failover)

Previous Date/Time: [Saturday, 22nd October 2022, 01:00 AM to 02:00 AM SGT/PHT (UTC+8)]

New Date/Time: [Saturday, 5th November 2022, 01:00 AM to 02:00 AM SGT/PHT (UTC+8)]

Impact: Soprano will failover to the back-up site. There will be a 15-minute downtime during the maintenance window.

Description: Network Maintenance (Failback)

Previous Date/Time: [Monday, 24th October 2022, 03:00 AM to 05:00 AM SGT/PHT (UTC+8)]

New Date/Time: [Monday, 7th November 2022, 01:00 AM to 04:00 AM SGT/PHT (UTC+8)]

Impact: Soprano will failback to the primary site. During the first hour of the activity, there will be a 15-minute downtime.
