Starhub Enterprise Messaging Platform - Notice of Planned Service Maintenance - Update, scheduled 1 year ago

Dear Customer,

We wish to inform you that the StarHub Enterprise Messaging Platform will be undergoing a system upgrade.

The system upgrade was previously postponed and scheduled for 06 December. The rescheduled date is now indicated below.

PCR Reference : PCR-4553

Start time: Wednesday 11 January 2023, 3:00 AM SGT (UTC +8)

End time: Wednesday 11 January 2023, 7:00 AM SGT (UTC +8)

There will be a 30-minute service interruption to all SMS services within the upgrade period (expected between 3am-4am SGT)

In addition, transactions and modifications, including new account creation, will not be available to all platform users (customers and agents) from 10 January 2023 3:00 AM SGT to 11 January 2023 7:00 AM SGT.

We will notify you via email when the system upgrade starts and once it is completed.
