Maintenance start time: 22/08/2020 - 02:00 SGT

Maintenance end time: 22/08/2020 - 07:00 SGT

Impact: There will be a service interruption or increased latency of up to a maximum 30 minutes between 2:00 AM - 3:00 AM SGT. This is in part dependent on each customer's own configuration

Part 2:

Maintenance start time: 23/08/2020 - 02:00 SGT

Maintenance end time: 23/08/2020 - 03:00 SGT

Impact: There will be a service interruption or increased latency of up to a maximum 30 minutes between 2:00 AM - 3:00 AM SGT. This is in part dependent on each customer's own configuration

We will email you at the beginning and end of the maintenance period.

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that we will be renewing the certificate for the Starhub Enterprise Messaging platform.

Please verify if you maintain this certificate in your own environment. If you do, you will need to renew the certificate on or before the date of this change.

Please contact Soprano on help@sopranodesign.com if you are a customer that maintains this certificate in your environment, quoting PCR-1817 and we will provide the required cert chain.
